Overview Daclizumab Volociximab (M200) Elotuzumab (HuLuc63) PDL192 PDL241 |
Daclizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to the alpha chain (CD25) of the interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor on activated T cells, which are white blood cells that play a role in immune-mediated processes in the body. We believe this antibody mechanism has potential in a wide range of inflammatory diseases, including multiple sclerosis, and that it may also be effective as a maintenance therapy in patients who have undergone an organ transplant. We have created a new high-yield manufacturing process and a higher concentration formulation required to move daclizumab into a broader area of immunological disease. |
