Results from a preclinical study of TRU-016 in combination with other therapeutic drugs in models of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma concluded that TRU-016’s anti-tumor activity may be synergistic or additive with several current therapies for NHL, including rituximab, rapamycin and bendamustine. Additionally, the combination of TRU-016 and bendamustine displayed greater in vivo anti-tumor activity than either agent alone.
